Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These terms govern your participation in the IsItDisposable affiliate program (the “Program”), operated by IdeasJam LLC (“we”, “us”). By joining the Program you agree to these terms. They are separate from, and in addition to, the IsItDisposable Terms of Service.
1. Commissions
1.1. Founding partners (affiliates who join the Program on or before October 10, 2026) earn a recurring commission of 25% of the subscription payments made by each customer they refer, for the lifetime of that customer’s subscription.
1.2. Commission rates for founding partners are locked. We reserve the right to offer different commission rates or terms to affiliates who join after October 10, 2026. Any such change will not reduce the rate applied to customers you referred while your current rate was in effect.
1.3. Enterprise and custom-priced plans are excluded from percentage commissions. If a customer you refer converts to an Enterprise or custom-priced plan, we will pay you a one-time finder’s fee agreed with you in writing before the deal closes.
1.4. Commissions are calculated on amounts we actually receive, net of refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payment processing disputes. Refunded or charged-back payments are deducted from your balance.
2. Referral tracking
2.1. Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link or coupon code issued through our affiliate platform. Attribution follows the tracking data recorded by the platform, including its attribution window, which is shown in your affiliate dashboard.
2.2. We make reasonable efforts to track accurately, but tracking can fail if a visitor blocks cookies or scripts. Platform tracking data, together with our own payment records, is final for determining commissions.
2.3. Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not earn commission on your own accounts or accounts you control.
3. Payouts
3.1. Commissions become payable 30 days after the underlying customer payment clears, to allow for refunds.
3.2. Payouts are made monthly through the payment method shown in your affiliate dashboard, subject to a minimum balance of US$100. Balances below the minimum roll over.
3.3. You are responsible for any taxes on your commission income.
4. Promotion standards
This section exists because IsItDisposable is a product built on email trust. How you promote it reflects directly on the brand, so these rules are strict and enforced.
You must not:
- 4.1. Send unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited direct messages, or any communication that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, Australia’s Spam Act 2003, GDPR, or any other applicable law, in connection with the Program.
- 4.2. Use purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested contact lists to promote IsItDisposable through any channel.
- 4.3. Post your affiliate link in bulk across comment sections, forums, or communities in a manner that constitutes spam under the norms of the platform where it is posted.
- 4.4. Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, iframes, toolbars, or any technique that generates tracking events without a genuine, intentional visitor click.
- 4.5. Bid on our trademarks or confusingly similar terms (including “IsItDisposable”, “isitdisposable.com”, and misspellings) in paid search, or use them in ad display URLs, domain names, subdomains, social media handles, or app names.
- 4.6. Make false, unverifiable, or misleading claims about the product, including guarantees of specific outcomes, invented statistics, or claims that we block services we in fact only flag.
- 4.7. Present yourself as IsItDisposable, as our employee, or as an official representative. You may describe yourself as a partner or affiliate.
- 4.8. Promote through content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or adult in nature, or place our brand alongside such content.
- 4.9. Offer unauthorized rebates, cash-back, or side incentives for signups without our prior written approval.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law or platform rules, including FTC endorsement guidelines where they apply to your audience.
5. Relationship
You are an independent party. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship, and you have no authority to make commitments on our behalf.
6. Term and termination
6.1. Either party may end participation at any time. If you end participation in good standing, commissions on customers you already referred continue to accrue under clause 1.
6.2. If we terminate your participation for breach of these terms, commissions arising from the breaching activity are forfeited, and we may withhold unpaid balances connected to fraudulent or non-compliant referrals.
6.3. We may suspend payouts while we investigate suspected fraud or breach, and will communicate with you during any such investigation.
7. Program changes
We may modify these terms with 14 days’ notice by email to the address on your affiliate account. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Commission rate protection under clause 1.2 survives any modification.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it.
