Commissions are paid monthly through your affiliate dashboard, with a US$100 minimum payout. Each commission matures 30 days after the customer payment clears, which covers the refund window. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next month.
What does lifetime mean?
As long as a customer you referred keeps paying, you keep earning 25% of their subscription. Founding partner rates are locked for anyone approved on or before October 10, 2026.
What about Enterprise referrals?
Enterprise and custom-priced plans are not paid as a percentage. Instead we agree a one-time finder's fee with you in writing before the deal closes.
How long does approval take?
Every application is reviewed by a person, and most reviews are done within 2 business days. There is no instant or automatic approval.
Can I refer my own account?
No. Self-referrals are not permitted, and you cannot earn commission on your own accounts or accounts you control.
